At Safe and Sound, safety first! 

Do you know everyone who might interact with your child during the day?

Because entry to our learning center is strictly restricted to screened employees and parents, there are no opportunities for criminals, or sexual predators to be left alone with your child.  Furthermore, husbands, wives, children, friends and family members of our employees are not allowed past the lobby.

Finally, the lead teachers, the group leaders, the assistant teachers, the cooks, the van drivers and even volunteers are required to get finger printed to guarantee the safety of your child. We send those finger prints to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in order to obtain a criminal background check.  Only those with a clean record can be involved in your child's learning experience during the day.

At Safe and Sound, the more the merrier!

There are always at least two (2) sets of eyes monitoring your child.  This becomes very important in the case of an emergency.  While one teacher attends to the emergency, one monitors the rest of the children until the director can provide additional assistance.

Furthermore, our in-room cameras also provide additional supervision.  We monitor each classroom’s as well as teacher’s activities throughout the day.  

In addition, having more than one caregiver involved with your child, allows for morning breaks as well as for lunch breaks, which are necessary to get re-energized for such a demanding environment.

At Safe and Sound, we think that ignorance is a lot more expensive than education!

You owe it to your child!  If you are thinking long term, the quality of care and education that will be given to your child by Safe and Sound's qualified teachers is well worth the tuition. 

We are competitively priced and give official receipts.  Those receipts can be used by your family as a tax deductions allowed by the IRS (Internal Revenue Services), which reduces the actual cost of tuition.  Speak with your accountant and see the REAL cost of childcare at Safe and Sound once you take into consideration your tax relief.

At Safe and Sound, teachers are knowledgeable and assigned to a specific age-group.

Realistically, one teacher cannot be a specialist for all age-groups.  That is why, at Safe and Sound, we constantly offer training (monthly) to our teachers.  We then evaluate each teacher's strengths and place them with the age-group which benefits the most from their qualifications and experience.  Therefore, those that are best suited for your child's developmental needs are assigned to your child.

At Safe and Sound, everything is tailored to your child’s age!

Everything is developmentally appropriate, or age-appropriate.  The curriculum, the toys, the books, the puzzles, the blocks, and the  playground equipment are all developmentally appropriate.  Furthermore, children in the classroom are of the same age which is best for socialization as well as conflict resolution.

At Safe and Sound, your child is our focus!

Safe and Sound's environment does not allow for distractions, such as television, personal phone calls, or household chores including vacuuming, ironing, doing the laundry, and cooking to name a few.  Our phone system does not allow for outgoing calls other than a 911 emergency call. 

At Safe and Sound, we are reliable!

We have approximately 30 quality educators to guarantee reliable and consistent care for your child. Even if one is sick, or on vacation, we guarantee that there will be a quality educator taking good care of your child every single day.

At Safe and Sound, you do not need our permission to see your child, at any time! WE LIKE SURPRISES!

You can stop by anytime and join in the fun, or observe your child on one of our TV monitors.  Considering that we have nothing to hide, we strongly believe that parents are entitled to stop by and visit, or observe their children at ANY time during the day without having to ring the bell, or set up an appointment.  We also encourage your participation in the classroom activities as long as your presence is not disruptive to the group.
